As an aftermarket retailer of Jeep Wrangler parts, we're looking to build a very basic community site that will let our customers submit their Jeep Clubs & Club Events to a Jeep Club Directory for all of our customers to see. We're looking to build a simpler version of what you can see over at Job description: We're looking for a php 5.3 web application with a mysql backend. The site should have a front end with 9 different page templates. It's really 5 different templates duplicated for Clubs and Events making it 9. - Homepage - View Clubs Homepage - View Events Homepage - Clubs per State pages - Events per State pages - Individual Club Page - Individual Event Page - Submit Club Page - Submit Event Page All of these page templates have individual and specific mock ups already done, with appropriate fields, copy and graphics, so the work will only be a development project. In addition to the front end, there will need to be a back end admin panel for marking clubs and events as pending, approved, or rejected. The backend is relatively simple, allowing just those three options, some sorting capabilities, and the ability to edit content. There will be no customer login, just forms for submitting a club or submitting an event. Once a form is completed it should trigger an email to our team for manual approval, and an email to the person who submitted acknowledging that the request has been received. Our team will then log in and mark the club or event from pending to approved or rejected. If approved the club or event will then display on the site, and another email will be triggered to the person who submitted letting them know they're live, with a link to their page.
