Job Summary: Timely preparation and filing of state and local motor fuel tax returns. Reconciliation of tax accrual accounts. Interaction with government auditors, customers, and suppliers in challenges to  interpretations of state motor fuel tax laws/regulations. Determination of customer’s tax status and properly code in SAP. Updating of data files relating to appropriate product and delivery point codes, critical in assessing and charging and reporting correct tax.   Minimum Qualifications: The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 3-5 yrs with a degree or 9 yrs without a degree.   Motor Fuels Tax experience a significant plus   Oil & Gas experience a plus   Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SAP is a requirement.
