We are a leading Finance Company in our country and we would like to invite creative and innovative professionals to do the Interior Design of our Corporate Headquarter - Level 4. On this level, our Boardroom (also known as meeting room) will be located here. There shall be a waiting lounge outside this Boardroom to enable all our Board members to interact and held informal discussion before meeting. A small pantry with tea/coffee making facility shall be located near the boardroom. This pantry cannot be inside the boardroom as we do not want the meeting to be interrupt while the tea lady preparing the drinks. A toilet inside the waiting lounge shall be good. Our CEO office shall be located on this floor too. The CEO secretary will be seated outside the CEO office. A small waiting area is advisable. Inside the CEO office, the component that shall be included are: A) CEO desk and 2 visitor chair in front of the desk. B) a sofa set with a coffee table C) display cabinet and filing cabinet D) a powder room / toilet, with no shower facility. What do we expect??? The person selected for this work must pay special attention to the work flow of our company and design a layout that is not only look great but must be functionable and practical. The overall concept must be modern contemporary. We expect at least 3 number of 3D perspective from different angles and section to reflect the overall concept. Please allocate a section for indoor landscape as we would like to create an environment that is conducive to work at the same time that is soothing to the mind and body. Creativity is very important and we would like the person selected to take great pride in the design layout as much as we do, if not more. Besides the 3D perspective (at least 3 views) - use 3Ds Max software , we also need a 2D layout for the floor plan in autocad version.
