I need a qualified marketing assistant with Marketing and Administrative background to help with various marketing, administrative, and miscellaneous tasks to organize, plan and execute tasks on a long-term month to month basis who is self-led, who can take a task and run with it effectively without having to ask for too many directions. Once I spend too much time explaining a task then the reason for hiring becomes null. The primary goal- efficiently and effectively automate my own internet personal/business to-do list. Unload as many smaller (yet important) tasks off of me so I can pay more attention to the tasks that require my own personal presence. When posting things to public, you must represent the brand image and professionalism, yet speak in a way that is credible and relevant to target demographic without seeming "fake" or "put on". You may be spending a little time each day or spend some time bi-weekly depending on how you prioritize and plan your todos. ____________________________________________________________- We will keep a universal log in and password for the sites on file. Approximately 16-25 blogs per month are posted and only a majority will apply for this task. Just click, paste and submit. ~"Recent News": Update usually when there's a new blog post or sale. Short two sentence description and linked e.g. "New Blog Up On BandFace's NEW EP. For shirts click here." ~Post credible opinions and info on related and relevant blog posts/pages ~Back links- Place company info profile on websites so they can host backlinks and add exposure. (After the first batch of 10-15 are completed this will become an infrequent Help hink of general deal ideas, deals related to current relevant events, and watch for holidays. May have deals planned out far into the future. Same with sale ideas. Want someone who can help be a part of our company rather than someone who just takes tasks as given with no emotion or desire. Possible add-on for future: Accounting Basic organization of costs and profits organized into excel spread sheet. Will give random receipts and profit amounts, properly organize and invoice for tax and miscellaneous purposes. Less than $2K per month accounted for. ~Twitter- Mostly via using "Share" button or addany tools, (some manual) post sales, links to shirts, and follow people who post something positive about the genre and its shirts (not people selling them and not people who post something neg. about dubstep or shirt). You can use tweetadder. ~Facebook- Post weekly deals, Saturday deals, Holiday deals, post blogs, pics, post funny pics, add descriptions. Most facebook posts I will take care of but ideas to keep facebook alive and interactive will be great. If ideas/content produced by assistant are trusted and credible relevant to the subject, then we can move into adding social media management to the list in the future. ~Gauge and test effectiveness of FB Ads and Google Ads and create new ads every week. ------------------------------------------ Added 31 MAY 2012, 16:07 PM EDT Elance deleted the links but there were about 10-18 external websites to submit blogs to per blog.
