The successful Sr. PeopleSoft Development applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * A Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent years of professional work experience * At least 7 years of hands-on structured software analysis and design experience * At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management Suite version 8.3 and above using People Tools and SQR / SQL * Experience with relational database design (Oracle 9.x or higher) * Detailed knowledge of the full software development life cycle * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
