I'm seeking a web developer OR a .net developer to create an application that does cold calling for me. Basically, i want to be able to copy and paste in a list of phone numbers, and have the application then call them. Previous to the call start, I will create a prerecorded message for each step needed in a phone call, and the user (person i am calling) will be led to new pre-recorded messages dependent on what digit the user (person i am calling) dials on their phone.
