I have a set of blueprints that have been scanned into a PDF format. They are very detailed and meant for builder/architect to read. I would like to have them converted into nice advertising material which would include 3D exterior rendering, interior floorplan with furniture, and etc. (an attractive floor plan that the average consumer can look at to see what the house floor plans will look and live like). If possible, it would be nice to have photo-realistic versions of a few of the rooms like the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Looking to spend around $120.
