Volt has partnered with an internationally known computer company to identify a candidate for a temporary position, (possibly temp to hire) that will help create product strategies for consumer Notebook products in Latin America, and be part of the team developing a marketing roadmap and defining the product life cycle management (PLM) strategies for this market. Responsibilities will include analysis of sales-in, sales-out and channel inventory at distribution and in-country channels. Candidate will perform gap analysis and analyze market trends with regard to the forecast plan. Recommend pricing and promotion actions to ensure achievement of the required sell-through of the product. Further they will research and analyze key competitors in the Latin American markets, keep updated of competitive market conditions, create and deliver product and technology presentations to the Latin American sales team and customers. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of close relationships with the Latin American team in-country managers, and will be performing other duties as may be assigned.
