Project Management Office is looking for a seasoned project manager to lead complex software development projects including public site and secured site sessions related to Money Movement, Mobile, Online Banking and Fraud. These functions enable customers to access their account balances and transaction history, transfer money between accounts and customers, pay bills and search for branch and ATM locations via their computer or mobile phone. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent team player and be comfortable with ambiguity and embrace change. As a Project Manager you will lead cross-organizational project teams in support of online and/or mobile programs. Provide end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the process from beginning to end. Online software and mobile projects can range in size from small to large and complex with moderate to significant risk to the organization. Projects may last more than one year in duration. A project manager at this level will typically work on more than one project at a time and may mentor other project managers. Responsibilities include: o Developing and maintaining project plans for moderately complex to very complex projects o Identifying and managing project related risks and issues and creating risk mitigation plans as appropriate o Facilitating communication of all project related information including deliverables, key milestone dates, health status, risks, and issues o Collaborating with development and QA leads to create software build schedules for projects o Money Movement/Mobile Banking Internet Experience Minimum Qualifications: 10 to 15 years of project management experience with at least 7 years recent experience managing online customer-facing projects Proven track record for managing complex projects that span multiple technology teams and tiers (application/middle/SOR) Ability to manage to scope, time and budget. Demonstrated superior relationship management, negotiation and problem resolution skills working with both technology groups and the business line Demonstrated ability to create a cohesive team atmosphere and promote collaborative approaches for planning, problem solving and overall project delivery Demonstrated ability to identify project issues and risks and create risk mitigation plans Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and bring them to a successful conclusionSTrong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills Strong understanding of distributed computing and object oriented application development.
