HR (Human Resources) Advisor
HR (Human Resources) Advisor My client is looking for a Lead HR&O Generalist to work in the UK. The role will be accountable for delivery and development of processes and emerging issues such as Case Management including Performance Management; Absence Management; Disciplinary; Grievance etc. Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for partnering the middle to senior management of a customer group to deliver HR solutions which drive business results. * Lead and deliver the HR&O Annual Cycle Projects. * Manage and deliver change management programmes impacting jobs or any HR process changes including Redundancy, TUPE and Right Shoring. * Mentor and coach entry level HR Generalist. * Manage complex case management including investigating and resolving issues such as long term absence, disciplinary, grievances and appeals as requested: Produce case minutes and letters when required. Skills and Experience: * 5-10 years experience as a HR Generalist * HR systems and applications; SAP preferred * Working with TUPE (essential); Unions (desired); Right-shoring (desired) * Ability to travel within the UK when required * Ability to influence and coach employees and managers in the organization * Highly developed leadership skills * Stakeholder management abilities
