Case Manager - Executive Complaint Handling We are currently looking to fill jobs as Case Managers. These jobs are with our client, a large Financial Services Organisation, and are based in the Edinburgh Area. Initially running on a 3 month contract with opportunity for extension. In this role you would be responsible for dealing with any customer complaints and seeing them through to their resolution. Your responsibilities in this role would include taking responsibility for the complete process from end to end including determining pertinent questions which require response, liaising with and co-ordinating input from various stakeholders, drafting executive briefing and response to customer and monitoring actions required as a result. You would also need to monitor your caseload effectively and perform in line with individual quality and quantity of response targets. · Provide detailed briefing and comprehensive draft customer response letter for Group Executive and also expert guidance across Group divisions and units on appropriate written responses to complaints. You would be required to liaise with customers directly to ensure nature of complaint is understood before responding where appropriate.and arrange required action to be taken by units to resolve complaint. You would also be responsible for highlighting any areas needing improvement and escalate where necessary.
