French call centre and customer service agent
Initially a 2 month contract but with the possibility of a permanent contract. Do you speak French? You would handle designated calls and emails, providing quotations and/or assistance for passenger ferry bookings within your language skills but must also have a good level of both written and spoken English. The ideal applicants will be PC literate, have excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail. You will also be a friendly and self-motivated individual who is able to work within a call centre environment. Each applicant must have a National Insurance Number and a bank account and be available within a month. Responsibilities: -Provide telephone and e-mail passenger ferry quotations -Maintain service levels -Provide Customer services -Back up for the UK market Skills: -Excellent written and spoken ability within language skills -Retail travel or call centre experience is an advantage but not essential -Excellent customer services skills -A good geographical knowledge of Europe is desirable Hours: -42.5 hours/week + overtime Salary: -£17,000/year + overtime Please send your CV and a short presentation of yourself.
