Top Insurance House requires a IT Procurement Administrator to cover a maternity cover for a minimum of 6 months. This is an excellent company and great team to join. Day to day duties of the Procurement Administrator: General administrative tasks Liaising with all departments Liaising with suppliers and obtaining quotes Raising Po on IPOS Checking ledger codes First point of contact for deliveries Booking IT delegates training Managing training and procurement budgets Maintaining training spreadsheets Carryingout yearly renewals of contracts Liaising with the legal department Checking stock rooms for IT stocks Liaising with the servicedesk regarding fault / kit to be recycled Carrying out 6 month audits of all IT assets (including overseas) Managing the printers and scanners Yearly SMP audits Managing all the telephones and Blackberry contracts Arranging set up for new starts This is a varied and interesting role, if you have working within IT procurement or contracts ideally within a professional organisation call for further information.
