Our client is looking to recruit a qualified social worker to work within their referral and assessment team in North Wales. This is a contract position with a salary of £23 per hour. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience within Children's Services. Duties for this position include: - All standard duties as carried out in a referral and assessment team - Carrying out initial assessments - Carrying out risk assessments - Undertaking Section 47 enquiries - Making applications for Emergency Protection Orders It is vital that that candidates applying for this post are available to work immediately. Requirements: You must have a relevant Social Work qualification (BA / MA Social Work / DipSW or equivalent), be professionally registered in the area you wish to work - SSSC for Scotland, CCW for Wales, NISCC for Northern Ireland or GSCC for England*; and be eligible to work in the UK.
