Bilingual Call Center Representative Backup

Adecco is seeking call center reps to work in Bloomington, MN Job Description -Will need to be able to work with multi screen navigation -Will be collecting credit card payments (not outgoing phone call, people will be calling inbound) -Will take on average 60 incoming phone calls per day (only 5% of the job is outgoing calls) -10% of calls will need to be escalated and transfered -Must have good computer skills -Taking calls from high level executives who need to complete professional exams -Taking calls for reservations and scheduling appointments -Bilingual in Spanish/English Experience: Requirements/Additional Details -HS Diploma required -Must be able to complete and pass a full background check 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 10pm) -Great temp to hire opportunity with your hourly pay rate increasing to $13.20/hr upon conversion to full time! -Tuition Re-imbursement, Vacation Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance effective immediately after hire!
