Kforce is seeking a Windows System Engineer to work a permanent position in San Antonio, Texas. This role is the owner of complex customer issues which may take several days or weeks to resolve. The candidate qualifying for this role will possess skills in the following areas: * Windows 2003/2008 server, DNS, and TCP/IP * DNS and Network fundamentals, including diagnostics with Windows system tools * DNS, Firmware, Hardware, Package Management, Basic Shell scripting, and Web Scripting * Knowledge and/or familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, SAN, VMware, backups, patching, RAID, SSL Certs, storage, system optimization, web servers, caching, CDN, certifications, Exchange, FTP, firmware, HTML, SharePoint, load balancing, and security concepts
