Office Angels are currently on the market for a temporary receptionist to join our client on a contract working front of house where you will be at the front of this well respected established business. Your role will be meeting and greeting guests, answering telephone enquiries via a busy switchboard, filtering enquiries, processing payments, organising bookings and providing an exceptional service both face to face and over the telephone. Experience within reception and operating switchboards is essential. You will have also worked within the hotel/travel industry and have dealt with clients both face to face and over the telephone. Good presentation and communication skills are required along with the ability to work 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis. Our client has a rota for all shifts and you will be required to work up to 11pm nightly. Salary is dependant on experience and we are keen to start the right candidate in the month of July.
