Design & Build Coordinator for a New Build £1m Warehouse (freelance) Design & Build Coordinator: 25 week contract Our Midlands based client has an excellent and long standing reputation as a company specializing in high quality design and build commercial projects. They are now seeking to appoint a Design & Build Coordinator on a freelance basis to complement the existing design team, for a 25 week project based in Wisbeach. Initial Project as Design & Build Coordinator: We are looking for a design & build coordinator to manage this D&B commercial new build retail / developers shell project over a 25 week project time frame valued at £1m. This new build commercial warehouse is for a blue chip retailer but only the shell is to be delivered at this stage no internal fit out is required. The Design & Build Coordinator: The successful design and build Coordinator will act as focal point for all design related issues on projects from pre-construction through to delivery of the on site project, working closely with the client and architect deliver this project on time. The successful design and build coordinator needs to be a highly self-motivated individual, have excellent IT skills and be an effective communicator. The right individual will have a contractor background and have experience in the commercial sector.
