Project: This is for an audit remediation project. This individual will be evaluating QA platforms, documenting weaknesses and making recommendations as to where improvements are needed. 75% of the role will be documenting existing systems and 25% of the role will be analyzing the systems and making recommendations for improvements. Primary requirements: •Analyzes and develops computer software operational processing requirements. •Documents operational dependencies to insure the infrastructure can support various testing requirements. •Develops documentation for automated information systems. Analyzes: 1) user interfaces, 2) hardware and software performance tuning, 3) workload and computer usage, 4) interfaces with outside systems, and 5) proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTS releases. •Defines problems and develops system requirements. •Interface with others on system infrastructure requirements and technical concerns. •Reports to technical lead for a task or project. Secondary requirements: •Prepares required documentation including program-level and user-level documentation. •Enhances existing software systems documentation. •Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and systems documentation. Top Technical MUST HAVE Skills: -Strong diagramming experience -Strong analysis skills -System architecture experience (middleware, databases, servers. etc. ) -Strong MS Office (Visio, PP, Excel) -Bachelors Degree required Top Technical NICE TO HAVE Skills: -Technical writing -Fixed Income experience preferred Soft Skills: must have strong communication, documentation, team work skills, ability to work with deadlines, and the ability to work between several different teams.
