Job Description: Immediate Openings! We are currently a Mortgage Processor for a long term position with a great reputable company. Mortgage processing background and any financial background a plus. Qualified candidates will have a strong administrative background with excellent organizational and communication skills. Duties involved in this position include: Data Entry working with MCO excel, Access, and spreadsheets. Working in post closing mortgage files and reveiwing documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance. Ordering payoffs, homeowners insurance, and telephone verifications. Distributing mail, overseeing fax and copier, and all other tasks as assigned. Pay rate will be $12-$14 depending on experience. This is an immediate opening so please apply immediately.
