Temporary Corporate Receptionist
Temporary Corporate Receptionist Only apply if you are available to start straight away and not on full time employment. The position is Monday - Friday day time hours and you will be working alongside their perm staff, need to be flexible to work shifts and available to start straight away. I am looking for the following attributes: *Smart immaculate presentation *Excellent communication skills *Great customer care skills and attention to detail *A great team player *Previous experience from a quality hotel reception area *Experience from a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential *Superb IT skills *The ability to work in a fast paced environment The position will involve the following: * Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner * Escort clients to the assigned meeting rooms * Informing the host of the guests arrival promptly ensuring the guest is aware at all times as to how long the host will be * Issuing of a security pass ensuring the guests name is spelt correctly * Taking care of external and internal calls professionally * Booking of meeting rooms accurately ensuring that all food and beverage requirements are noted * Ensuring that the guests and hosts are taken care of offering excellent customer care skills at all times * Setting up meeting rooms, including AV equipment If you are interested in this position and meet the criteria, please send us your CV today.
