Primary responsibilities will include cell culture and maintenance, cell-based study set-up/clean-up, and assisting with in vitro experiments and data analysis. Skills: Qualified candidates should possess a BA/BS in biological sciences, chemistry, or biochemistry with 1-5 years of experience. Hands-on experience with HLPC and LC/MS/MS are required. Familiarity with AB Sciex Mass spectrometers (and associated software: Analyst, DiscoveryQuant, and MultiQuant) and the Thermo LX2 HPLC platform is preferred. Experience with permeability assays (MDCK/Caco-2), cell culture, excellent aseptic technique, and good oral/written communication skills are highly desirable.
