The project consists of the followings: A. Integrate my submit forms onto my website and correct all HTML and CSS issues. I need these submit forms and the customers information sent to me when completed in a PDF or something similar. Just the forms need to be integrated into my website. B. Place a progress bar on top of the submit forms. C. Integrate a small ecommerce site (around 30 items) with backend for admin. Full details are shown in the attached file. I have set the budget at $250-300 for now but if I want further work done then I will pay extra for this.
