Outbound Call Tracking for CRM - CRM Salesforce.com Twilio
I currently have a managed application on the Salesforce.com AppExchange that allows the user to track outbound calls and record the call outcome. Video: /watch?v=yVnuRFGSxYY It's a simple app and it works well. I'm considering developing an updated version that includes a Twilio dialer. This would be a standalone version that also integrates with Salesforce.com, other CRM and possibly other applications. First I want to build a prototype. This can be a static graphic or a web page. Describe how the standalone app will integrate with Salesforce and retain the current functionality AND be compatible with all Salesforce editions. Describe how the app could integrate with other web apps via API or other methods. I will use the prototype to generate interest.
