I am developing a website for a Conference, in Joomla 2.5. An abstract submission form is already made for submitting paper abstracts using chronoforms and review of the abstracts were managed manually by sending different automatic emails during submission to Supervisors and Review Committee. But now, we are planning to automize the process of Abstract Review by developing custom modules as given below : □ Internal Review done by an Internal Review Group to eliminate junk abstracts (Checking Plagiarism, methodical rigour, adequate methodology disclosure) □ Create Reviewer and Assign Abstract Topics to the Reviewer  (for review) □ Assign Abstracts to Reviewers by Supervisors □ Module for Abstract Review by Reviewers □ View Review-Results by Supervisor and Finalize the Selection of abstracts for presentation Supervisors/Scientific Committee, Internal Reviewers and Abstract Reviewers must access specific contents based on Joomla 2.5 ACL. The detailed features of each modules will be given, once there is atleast an oral understanding with the contractor. I would like to make this as a Joomla Component, if possible. The candidate must be well-versed in Joomla, Ajax,  Jquery, PHP and MySQL with experience in designing good relational databases.  If the quality and affordability of the service provider is satisfactory, a series of Joomla and Moodle based projects are there to be discussed for immediate development.
