Human Resources Team Assistant. P/A to 3 VP's on going Temporary role Expense Reconciliation Prioritize meetings and prepare necessary information as requested Extensive diary management Creating and formatting presentations Arranging overseas travel Updating contact lists Video conference preparation Coordinating production and graphics for materials for distribution Confirming media requirements for meetings and training events Assisting with team events and attending where necessary Managing the contingent on-boarding/termination process, including security and system access requests for onsite vendor teams and Reward Admin for onsite vendors (e.g. phones, stationery, IT issues) Arranging visitor passes for external visitors Managing invoices - submitting for payment approval and handling queries Ensuring system issues are resolved promptly for managers Floor assistant responsibilities, including covering phones, ordering stationery, raising IT tickets for technology issues etc. Ideally candidates will be highly team orientated, proactive and highly motivated. Also required is excellent senior level experience and the ability to communicate effectively with executives at all levels v.mcguinness@eurolondon.com
