Sales Assistant: Must speak excellent Japanese work schedule 5 days per week shift 8-am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm (rotation) some weekends and holidays. Customer Sales/Sales Support · Handle phone calls and emails inquiries at customer support desk · Assist potential and existing customers in application /cancellation process · And troubleshooting by email and phone · Manage device and accessory inventories · Activate/cancel/update various services using the administration systems · Inspect and configure devices to customer specifications · Manage packing and shipment of customer devices · Work with technical support team and billing team to address customer questions and problems · Interface with device and accessory dealers · Attend periodic training sessions provided by carrier/device dealer · Periodically compile and report on sales statistics · Assist sales team in creating documentation (manuals, marketing materials, reports, etc.) as necessary · Perform other routine tasks instructed by supervisor Corporate Sales Assist corporate sales team in addressing customer inquiries and issues Qualifications · Business level communications skills (email and phone) in Japanese · Business-level English Skills · Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook · Customer service experience a plus, but not necessary · Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required · Willingness to work overtime when necessary · Attention to detail and strong organization skills · A self-starter with good time management skills, but must also be a team player
