Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Apps Experience in implementation of Subscription module Techno-functional resource in Oracle Service Contacts module with hands on experience in implementation of Subscription module. Experience in Project Management Thorough understanding of application development lifecycle. Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication skills Solid understanding and work experience as a techno-functional lead in Oracle apps implementation projects. Ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all levels and groups across the organization and provide useful information in a complete, accurate, and understandable manner. Have experience to work in onsite-offshore model Understand the requirement from business users Prepare business requirement document Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project, some of whom will be offshore. Help the technical development team to understand the requirement Test the developed application to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled and working as expected Coordinate with client and end users during entire project lifecycle. Provide regular progress update to client Overall responsible for the project from Project Management perspective.
