INTRODUCTION: Trustnode is an educational software app that helps people understand their insurance benefits through fun and whimsical cartoons! We're currently in the process of translating our cartoons for Spanish-speaking people. We have several 'episodes' finished already, covering benefits like Short Term Disability to Health Care to Dental Coverage. However, we only have these episodes in English. WORK DESCRIPTION: We want to translate our current episodes from English to Spanish and record those scripts incrementally with a Spanish-speaking voice actor who can match the style of our English-speaking narrator. We're going to start this project by translating one episode and seeing how well this pipeline works. If it's successful (which I have no doubt it will be, by Voices.com reputation), we will move forward to translate the remaining episodes! AUDIENCE: Our audience will be Spanish-speaking people who are in the process of signing up for their insurance benefits, either at the worksite, at home, or on the go. The age and gender is very open, given that our app is installed in various worksites that have no specific demographic other than over 21, working professional, and educated. FORMAT: Audio file format should be a high-quality wav file. Since we compress the audio for streaming, we aren't very particular about the compression specifics. As long as it sounds rich and full, we're happy!
