From completed and designed art boards laid out in Adobe Illustrator, a website is to be coded into templates that can be easily updated through Express Engine (EE), a content management system. B. There are 17 templates we need built for the website and 8 templates we need built for the mobile website. (we will email those to you being that the file is too large) C. Optimized photos, logos, and text will be provided. D. Attached is a sample of instructions for the Standard website and a few examples of some of the pages we need for the Standard and Mobile website. We will provide the rest of the templates and detailed instructions once we have narrowed the field on who is suitable for the job. We will also provide the original illustrator files. E. Both websites will need an EE Content Management System set up so we can update the images and text ourselves. This project will require clear daily communication and a strong knowledge of HTML and CMS. 1. Basic Requirements needed from Developer a. English Fluency a must b. SEO very basic optimization for website & Blog (SEO will be done by other, but the website needs to be optimized for highest SEO architecture) c. Google analytics setup d. It must be easy to add pages and text content in the future (i.e. Website must be able to grow and expand) e. We also need a way to manage and catalog our products/vendors list through a spreadsheet. It should be view able only to the admin and not to the public. f. We will need a simply laid out and easily managed mobile website g. Each page must load quickly and smoothly. A 33% payment will be issued upon review of 1 page completion for each category listing from drop-down menu with EE Content Management System. b. A 33% payment when all programming functions are completed reviewed and approved c. Final payment will be issued when site is transferred to Owner and is fully working independently and all work is verified and acceptable. d. Lack of daily communication will not be acceptable. e. Developer must give a reasonable estimate of necessary lead time and stick to it.
