Our client, located in Winnetka, Illinois, is seeking a SAP HR/HCM Tester to work in a team for the payroll lead. Qualifications: Extensive hands on experience with SAP HR/HCM payroll system Has been through life cycle implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll Multiple years of experience as payroll SME or payroll leader of the SAP HR/HCM Payroll system and payroll service operations Participated and has deep knowledge about SAP payroll processing and Year end testing in SAP HR/HCM payroll implementations Ability to document process and build test cases/scripts Ability to reconcile/validate test results with the business requirements Ability to work across multiple teams consisting of a mix of a large integrator, FTEs as well as independent consultants at both on and offshore model Ability to understand current process, suggest and implement new ideas and process improvements Strong leadership skills to influence others to yield productive results Excellent communication skills enabling this resource to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
