3 month plus contract for 5 level 1 candidates to provide RAS – phone support for large AIX upgrade project. Candidates must have general knowledge of Aix/Unix servers, able to run and execute scripts; monitor logs for error messages, provided basic troubleshooting to determine if there is a script error or if it is hardware problem. Client is doing large upgrade in multiple locations. Basic troubleshooting. AIX experience is needed, computer operations background with AIX/Unix experience would be useful Must be able to work on site. Hours: 8 pm or 10pm – 5 am Sun-Thursday – 40-45 hour work week Pay depends upon experience. Local candidates preferred.
