Immediate contract opportunity for a Senior Remedy Developer with Direct Government Client in Brooklyn, NY Trigyn's Direct Government Client has a contract assignment for a Senior Remedy Developer in Brooklyn, NY. Description: Implementation of the Remedy Service Level Management module based upon industry leading practices; configuration and integration with other customized Remedy modules e.g. Incident, Problem and Change. High Level Task Description : • Create a deliverable strategy and approach presentation to confirm deliverable requirements and obtain ITSM management approval before commencing activities. • Analysis - current state • Design - future state • Implementation/integration activities • Unit/Integration Testing • User Acceptance Testing including defect tracking • Create technical documentation • Project planning and recurring updates (MS Project) • Recurring project status reporting MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
