Ideally, we would find a candidate with both strong Fieldglass operational knowledge and project management experience. Performs application administration, user support and related duties as requested. Assists in problem resolution. Develops and distributes reports from data associated with their area of responsibility. 4-6 years Fieldglass system administration experience, preferably with multiple Fieldglass environments enabled in multiple countries. Additional preferences would be for experience with: (1) IT and non-IT workers and (2) T&M and fixed-price engagements. 6+ years experience successfully managing Fieldglass-related projects. Strong knowledge of Fieldglass. Strong customer service mentality. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to relate specific requests to system functionality to be able to identify problem situations and potential solutions. Ability to provide positive solutions to problematic customer requests. Job Duties: 30% Lead and participate in various Fieldglass-related projects as directed. 70% of time Function as stated below: Respond accurately and completely to Fieldglass customer requests by: (1) receiving and evaluating the requests, (2) communicating the action plan back to the customer, (3) updating the system to reflect the actions required, (4) performing any validation required to ensure that the updates were properly completed, and (5) confirm back to the customer that the changes have been completed. Thoroughly document and communicate Fieldglass system maintenance processes. Ensure that suppliers are properly established and/or deactivated in Fieldglass as required. Work with users and the vendor management organizations to properly establish new business units in Fieldglass as required. Prepare reports as requested and work with users to train them to establish their own reports as necessary Perform quarterly user certifications of all Fieldglass users and update user access based on the certification responses received. Assist with all aspects of the global expansion of Fieldglass including developing and implementing support processes. Manage the Fieldglass aspects of the Service Now ticketing system and ensure that it is meeting the needs of Fieldglass Administration. Prepare and manage Fieldglass quarterly KPIs, and perform any other required business analytical activities required. Ensure that Fieldglass process documentation and training materials are up-to-date, including the UPK training system. Manage the user and integration regression testing required for the 3 Fieldglass releases implemented each year. Monitor various aspects of Fieldglass as necessary to ensure that system integrity is maintained and activity is not being held up unnecessarily.
