Kforce is seeking a customer service-minded Help Desk Professional for one of our clients in the Green Bay area. This position will be 100% telephone-based support. Help Desk Qualifications: * Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 * Familiar with formulas in Access/Excel 2007/2010 * Experience with remote connectivity, VPN technology * Patient with a pleasant phone voice is ideal * A quick-study, willing and able to learn or further develop skills or support topics where they are not yet proficient or strong
