We are looking for a hands on QA Automation specialist. QTP preferred but any automation suite is OK if senior level. Job Responsibilities: <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Interact and work with business analysts and development team to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Test Planning (Development of Test Plans, Test Schedules, Defining Test Cycles, Test Cases and Test Scripts) <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Test Deliverables (Test Plan, Requirements Mapping, Analyze and Report Testing Results, and Document Reviews) <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Perform back end testing along the ETL and between source and Client using complex SQL querying and tools. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Defect Reporting (Analyze, and manage software defects, and work closely with the development team to fix/close the defects) <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Perform different types of Testing (Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Error Handling Testing, Inter-Systems Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing). Qualifications: <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> 5+ years of expert hands on experience developing Test Cases for Regression/Functional Testing along with execution using QTP and performing Load Testing. Well-versed in QA automation techniques and tools, from planning to implementation. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience building complex SQL queries. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience with SQL (i.e., demonstrated SQL skills to support test data setup). <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience in implementing various software QA/testing methodologies. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience in developing and executing QA/testing strategy, test plan, test cases and scripts. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience in analyzing and reporting test results using defect tracking tool(s). <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience in analyzing, prioritizing, and managing software defects, and effectively working with developers in fixing and closing defects. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Excellent understanding of agile/waterfall software development life cycles (SDLC). <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Strong written and oral skills and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to move easily between various tasks. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience working in Banking or Finance is a must. <li style=`line-height: 115%; color: #17365d`> Experience using Client Quality Center.
