Job Description: Client is looking for 2 consultants with the following qualifications. Initial contract is for a period of 3 months with a possible extension of up to 6 months and a right to hire at the end of the consulting term. Knowledge of Service-Now (or another ITSM product) workflow and development is a huge plus. We want to look for someone who has broad and varied experience. Similarly, should be someone who has experience working with different groups of people who may have only half-hatched process ideas, be able to help them develop and hone those thoughts and then create visual design documents and specifications that both the requester and developer can understand. Minimum Qualifications: Required: a1) Any amount of software or Web development (perl, javascript, php, html, etc.) a2) software requirements writing. A working ability to make mockups using whatever design tool they wish. The goal would be to be able to present a image of what the outcome would look like and be able to communicate the end result to the requesting party. Additional Job Info: Desired: a) The software development experience should be as diverse as possible. Data transformation experience would be a plus. Database concepts are a plus, especially if they are of a OO nature. b) Network administration and configuration experience, professional or otherwise. c) A Bachelors degree in a technical field. d) ITIL Foundation certified, any version.
