We are looking for an SME in data architecture and data modeling (Erwin). Will develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Background with data modeling in the Insurance industry required. This individual will be assigned to insurance related project(s) that require development of complex conceptual, logical, and physical data models. 1. Develops Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models, using the ERwin modeling tool 2. Lead the development of data models and data specifications in close collaboration with the requirements gathering team, aligning data requirements with software requirements 3. Ensures solution designs addresses functional requirements and non-functional requirements 4. Identifies impact and opportunities to reuse data structures 5. Develops, maintains, and enforces data architecture related standards 6. Identifies impact and opportunities to reuse data structures 7. Reverse-engineers & understands existing data models 8. Respects existing Enterprise data standards and enhances them when pertinent 9. Delivers presentations to development team on developed database schema, and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization 10. Manages the change control for updates of data models. 7-10 years minimum experience in Information Technology field.
