As a Finance Business Partner, you will manage relationships with specified Heads of Function and Platform Leads by providing sound financial advice on business matters, reviewing financial performance on a monthly basis, helping in achieving a robust financial plan and giving guidance and support in maintaining good governance and compliance of Group Policies and procedures. You will be able to Add insight to business decisions, using established methods such as scenario analysis, financial modelling, competitor analysis, performance measuring and monitoring. Key personal qualities include: - Finance qualified knowledge of IT and / or Financial Services would be an added advantage. - Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships across the organisation. - Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint experience. - Working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint will be advantageous but is not essential. - Strong team orientation is essential. - Ability to explains or present information (both written and oral) in a confident, engaging, clear and concise way, checking for understanding and acceptance. - Ability to influence senior colleagues is required. - Conviction - you will not be easily intimidated, but also know where to compromise Candidates from a strong Financial Services, Retail Banking or similar environment will be given preference.
