We use a website for our appointment scheduling. The software has a lot of different features, but we plan on using a call center and want to make it really SIMPLE for them and guide them through the process in an easy way. What I want is somewhat simple, but requires some technical know-how that I don't have. I want a single web page, 2 frames. In one frame, a few buttons to shortcut the user into certain screens in the webapp. I want the page to auto-log the user in. The page we create must reside on a web server (which I will provide), and cannot be a standalone app or anything local. The call center will only access websites, not install apps. I know there is a web service of some sort in place with a DoLogin method, and I'm able to get to screens I want to once I log in manually, but I have been unable to get a login to work on my own. I know there is a postback going on with Telerik since much of this site is built using it. I'm not a web developer, so my knowledge is limited here. The site we use does not offer support on their API, and we cannot get them to change or explain anything, this would be solely an external project. I imagine if you know Telerik and web development very well, this is either a simple task or you know it's not possible.
