Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate and sell new programs and products to define customers. Primary focus is on selling, and closing new sales opportunities with customers. Create regular and sustainable relationships with defined customers. Serve as primary point of sales contact for program, pricing, product and service for customers. Communicate positive attitude, confidence and presence over the telephone. Connect with customers regarding Company image, position, integrity and innovation. Proactively reach for new sales and relationship opportunities. Assist high volume of outbound calls. Provide solutions and solve problems. Can't be viewed on the other end of the call as not having authority or resources to get things done. Interface internally in order to solve customer opportunities, enhance service, create new sales and opportunities through interaction with technical support, marketing, production and operations, logistics, inside sales and customer service team, etc. Volt is an equal opportunity employer.
