Virtual Assistant - Mandarin Speaking - Admin Assistant Email Handling Microsoft Excel
I am looking for an assistant who speaks both fluent Mandarin and English. ( Cantonese would be an added plus) to help my with my clients from China. I am a Manhattan real estate broker and will be working with a number of high profile clients from China - I am looking for someone to be able to coordinate initial calls between these clients and myself and translate our conversation. Additional tasks will be to coordinate appointments and facilitate our initial meeting and brief the clients as to what to expect during their Manhattan apartment search. The possibility for creating more liaison - type tasks between myself and those potential clients on the ground in China is also something to discuss. I am open to any ideas which will further help to: 1. ensure those clients referred to me feel comfortable and educated on the home buying process before they meet me in person 2. offer a "culture of care" experience to these clients by having someone who is a native speaker facilitate the home buying experience in tandem with me - ensuring they are receiving the same standard of care I offer all my other clients - by bridging the communication gap. 3. Provide assistance and follow up for me with the client by acting as my virtual assistant and continuing to collect the appropriate information needed throughout the purchase process. 4. offer suggestions as to how to further make inroads to locating additional potential purchasers interested in buying a home in New York City. 5. Must have skype or some sort of Voip set up to be able to set up conference calls for all three of us ( myself - you- and the client) so that you can act as a real time translator during calls. 6. Must be familiar with real estate terms and able to translate them correctly. 7 Need to be able to translate both verbally, as well as in written form. 8. Be able to read and translate any emails exchanged between myself and the client. 9. Be available at flexible times to ensure quick communication between myself and my China based clients - despite the time difference. Thank you!
