I need a programmer to help build a prototype. I don't want to go into much detail but the program will help the user find relevant information by searching for selected information in databases on the internet and then transport that info to a word processor. You would be working with another programmer who has some of the coding done (he's using Vb.net but says that C# is also acceptable) and has a few APIs that you would need.
