I had a programmer create an intensive questionnaire form on my site. He went MIA midway through the project and although he completed 90% of the form to the point of what I needed and set it up to function with basic reports, this was not the entire project. I was hoping to have the information that the user enters generate a report that was in the strict form of an itinerary or timeline for me. Sorting itself based on the time fields filled out by the user throughout the form. Some of the information I wanted to generate to the timeline report and the rest I wanted to go to a separate report. I'm unsure of what language the database is currently writing but I believe the database may be MySQL or a derivative of PHP? Reply to me and I will guide you to my control panel to review hands on. I'm on a weak budget so if you're high priced, please do not respond. I'm more so looking for someone who does work on the side as opposed to a large company.
