Lead Integration Developer
The Lead Integration Developer is an expert with SQL Server Integration Services (2005 / 2008) and will lead a small team of Integration Developers to deliver high quality integration systems. This position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The EBIS IT Team creates custom software leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (2008 R2) or Informatica Power Center (9.0.1) to acquire data for business intelligence and data warehousing, data migration and conversion; synchronization between operational systems; and third party data acquisition and delivery. The EBIS IT Team focuses on data acquisition and delivery in bulk, change data capture activities, and event based data acquisition and delivery. Main Duties: * Requirements analysis in order to generate complex SSIS packages * Multi-task over several different projects * Assist with day to day support activities * Mentor other ETL developers * Schedule jobs on SQL server * Interact with the Data Modeling Team and the Business Objects Development Team The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * 5+ years of experience with SSIS (2005 or higher) * 5+ years of experience with .Net programming with C# * 5+ years of experience with SQL Server (2005 or higher) * Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts (Kimball Methodologies) * Excellent communication skills allowing this role to convey needs and ideas to the various teams including the ETL Team and the Business Objects Development Team * Ability to ask questions needed to drive out ETL requirements * Understanding of performance improvement techniques * Previous experience as a Technical Lead * Financial Industry experience is a plus
