The position is a full-time (40 hours per week), contract position. Responsibilities: Maintain and support various Foglight systems Develop Foglight reports, dashboards, and customizations for internal teams Maintain and develop other internal tools, including Splunk and Atlassian products Serve as support for mission-critical internal applications and tools Maintain accurate systems documentation  Provide training and guidance to internal Foglight users Required Skills: Foglight administration & deployment Ability to multi-task and prioritize Effective verbal and written communication skills Possess initiative to identify and propose potential system and process improvements Qualifications: Previous experience with Quest Foglight monitoring products, including hardware, Oracle, and VM solutions.
