I'm doing a short film for a major video game company -- kind of a whimsical, Amelie-esque storybook tale about how video games came to be. In our story, the world is attacked by evil alien robots. The hero sneaks into their evil robot hideout and saves the world by playing their evil alien video game. We'd like to have the photo-real CG robots composited seamlessly with our 2D live action footage. Additionally, there will be a couple shots of the hologram video game interface and a shot of the evil alien robot ship landing in the city to cause trouble. Footage will be shot RED and finish in 4K. Production will take place end of July / beginning of August and delivery would need to be late August.
