Hello Ms. Bloom, I have an idea for a business which I would like to reflect my personality to serve those using 2- or 4-wheel transportation in Portland.. What would be needed is a demo web site presentation on paper before a web site is designed around the idea. This would be a few pages describing the web site and how to use the web site. I believe I have a web site classified software ready to be developed, as soon as I have potential clients commited to the web site. Having the web site presentation completed is the key for success. After many attempts to develop such web site; I have not found or noticed web sites and/or services which I feel is unique to take advantage of how powerful my idea is. I feel with your help, my idea could benefit those using transportation. Is their a privacy agreement to be signed before you decide to listen to my business idea.
