Job Summary: Responsible for working with different areas of the Consumer Lending area to gather business requirements that impact our Legacy Loan Origination Systems and Point of Sale Systems. Applies knowledge of the Mortgage Lending business and systemscapabilities to improve and resolve problem issues for our internal and external clients. This level is competent to work on complex projects/systemsthat cross many different division lines and only needs minimal supervision. This is a Back Office BSA. Main duties include: Writes Business Requirements, Performs research on System Issues, Conducts BRD walk-thrus, Approves/Reviews Functional Specs, Writes Functional Specs, Writes Use Cases/Test Cases, Performs, etc. Qualifications: 3-5 years minimum Mortgage Lending background in Wholesale or Retail 5 years minimum Business Analyst, Systems Analystor equivalent role Excellent Communication Skills and can conduct meetings with Professionalism Excellent writing skills Desired Skills: Underwriting or Processing of Home Mortgage Loans Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance or Basic Programming SharePoint experience SQL experience Familiar with mortgage lending, underwriting, loan origination Please email qualified resumes.
