Service Desk Analyst
Admin Re UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss Re Group, is currently recruiting for Service Desk Analysts on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Service Desk team, working within the Business Solutions IT Service Delivery function. The successful candidate will provide first line customer & technical support to staff by telephone, email and through the self service facility, which provides a single point of contact for Admin Re staff to raise IT service requests and system issues. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:-.
